📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory control and stock management to maintain optimal levels.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Assist in the development and implementation of store promotions and marketing activities.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
