📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Captain in navigating the vessel and ensuring safe passage.
  • Monitor and record vessel performance and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in crew management and discipline.
  • Handle communication with shore-based personnel.
  • Maintain logbooks and reports.
  • Participate in emergency response procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Deck Cadet or similar role.
  • Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Familiarity with basic navigation and vessel operation.
  • Valid Seaman's Book (STCW) or equivalent.
  • Good physical fitness and health.
