📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the branch.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing leadership and support.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with other branches and the corporate office to drive overall business growth.
• Represent Honda Motor World, Inc. at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of automotive sales and service processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and automotive management software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to the branch location.
